I loved the property. The staff could’ve been more efficient, it took 45 mins just to check him, and when I arrived to my room the key didn’t work so I had to return to the front desk to straighten things out. The front desk clerk was apologetic and took care of the problem, but it was a bit of a delay. If this establishment had bottled water and snacks available it would have made my stay awesome instead of just great.

My stay was good, but two things that I would like to share. 1. The concessions were spare- they did not have water or for that matter, anything but a few diet cokes. They only had very few things to eat. Put a concession machine or 2 in the lobby. 2. This has to do with the musty smells in the hallway and the rooms. This should be dealt with!

The worst hotel stay I ever had! There were cockroaches, and mold. The staff was unprofessional. There was only one laundry room for three floors and every machine was inoperable. The locking mechanism on my door did not engage. When I tried to change my room they stated they were fully booked and could not do anything about it. AND it was very noisy! They charged my credit $350 for a stay THAT I ALREADY PAID EXPEDIA FOR BEFOREHAND. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. NOT EVEN MY WORSE ENEMY.

I was supposed to stay longer at this hotel, but had to cut it short. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They explained the process on how to get the remaining of my stay refunded. Usually, other facilities will give you hard time on this matter, but in this property, the staff was very helpful and respectful of my explanation. It’s very rare to get great customer services anymore but I am glad there are still some places have excellent services. I would recommend this property to others as it’s very neat, clean, safe and convenient location.

The room smelled like mildew which bothered my allergies, due to the Tornado crisis the facility was limited in room assignments. The breakfast buffet was limited and the coffee was old and cold, even through out the day, I stayed 2 days after being displaced from my home due to major disease and no electricity.

This property was great for us as we had to travel with our pet. They were very pet friendly, everything was extremely clean, check-in was super easy. The only thing wrong with the property is that they advertise queen beds when they are in fact, double sized beds. When I talked to the front desk, they said that’s all they have in all of their rooms. So there are no queen beds on the property as the website describes. This was a bit uncomfortable for my partner and I and pretty much false advertisement.

Bad management nothing like this says on the line nice place bad management now they don't stop the cleaners from cleaning everyday we have to request and that's sad come in from work nothing's done breakfast what they promote is not there same breakfast everyday water down eggs and sausage but they promote that they got big everything waffles and everything washing machine doesn't work water doesn't get hot phone doesn't work but they raising prices every day I never paid $160 for a night $140 for a night $105 for a night in a place that's not even worth it I'm better off going to a cheap motel and going to McDonald's every morning I don't want to play Mercedes-Benz money for a damn Toyota

Laid down to sleep in a pee soaked mattress. The other mattress seemed to be blood stained down the side. The late night staff had us moved to another room in no time. Was not listed that the pool was out of service when we booked and the pool was out of service. Did not enjoy the continental breakfast. Ended up just tossing it after a few bites. Pleasant staff at the front desk. Very accomodating and were quick to offer a refund. Would recommend for a quick overnight business trip but not for bringing family.
