"The only word to describe the experience is exceptional. You will have the time of your life. Food from Element X includes Western, Asian and Indian and always something for the vegetarians. Only Blu Underwater Restaurant is at an additional cost but marvellous experience. Copper Pot Food, You must like the Maldivian Lobster and the Peruvian Chicken also at additional cost. Although is is ALL-INCLUSIVE, it is Limited but has quite a variety. I enjoyed my stay in the Maldives at Oblu Xperience....

"Very relaxing. Most staff very nice and accommodating. A few weren’t as friendly. I also noticed they allow garbage to float in the ocean around the shore, which bothered me, but apparently not them. Styrofoam, glass, plastic, wrappers, chips containers, etc. also looked like sewage leaking into water big time along one side of beach. Room also wasn’t too clean and had a lot of bugs. "Our stay at Velassaru was amazing. We spent 12 days on the island, and did not want to leave... The level of service and dedication of the staff are beyond the words. The hotel is ideal for family or romantic getaway. The island is very small and that makes it really quiet and peaceful. You can see Male as it is really close by, but on the other hand you don't need to spent extra hours for getting to the island. Highly recommend this hotel to all lovers of the tranquil holidays."

" My personal resort host Niyaaf greeted me immediately upon my arrival after traveling for almost 36h to get to my resort from Canada. Despite traveling alone I felt safe and welcome the whole time. The resort staff give a loving family vibe. Everything from the delicious food to the breathtaking house reef was amazing. Very flavorful food, good presentation, excellent service. The excursions were awesome! I got to snorkel with a whale shark and many Manta rays. We saw Dolphins on that excursion...

"Amazing place, a piece of heaven. There is nothing here not to like. Charming staff who will give you the opportunity to think about nothing else but to immerse yourself in carefree everyday life. "Everything is absolutely perfect: the hospitality, the service the food, the rooms, the beach, all. only thing stopping me tl give this a perfect 10 is the fact the island ( i assume) wants to be orientated towards family friendly, but it went overboard. It was full of toddlers, a mean i have never seen so many toddlers in one place in any hotel in my life. As the island is very small, you can't have any place to hide from them. It would have been better if they would at least split the island...

Fantastic 5* hotel in Malé
"Lovely hotel with fantastic service. We were picked up from the airport and immediately the service was brilliant. The staff were incredibly friendly, accommodating and really did offer a 5* service. The room was nice, albeit a little compact. The view was great. The shower was one of the nicest showers I’ve ever seen! The design and aesthetic of the property is great. The bed is very comfortable and we had a fantastic sleep. The hotel is close to the mosque, and the call to prayer is early, but this is part of the experience and ear plugs are provided if required. We left before breakfast, so they boxed one up for us, which was very kind. Fantastic stay, amazing service, highly recommend to anyone staying in Malé"
