“the hotel located in good location for tourist as there are shops and restaurant all around the building, good atmosphere, but the location is not easy to access by taxi. Hotel staffs are very good and helpful. Room and bed condition is a bit old and not comfortable, while bathroom is dark and narrow.”

“A very stylish, comfortable and clean boutique hotel in the heart of Trastevere. The personnel is super friendly and you can definitely experience the romantic spirit of Rome there. A really great view at the rooftop terrace where you can enjoy very delicious breakfast or dinner. Highly recommend hotel for a short escape! ”

“It was my first time travel to Italy and I was pleased to stay there to start my trip. The location is great, very easily accessible, chilled neighborhood around, they have a gorgeous rooftop as well, but it seems it has not been fully utilized. Staffs are friendly and helpful. I had encountered the terrible rainstorm in Rome, thanks to it's powerful hair dryer and the 24 hr ironing room, I could wear my only coat again that evening :-) I didn't go to their spa and breakfast so cannot comment on……

“Lovely stay and the staff and team were very supportive. Whilst it's a little way out of the city centre, it's easily doable and the shuttles are good (also means you get a lot more space than a crowded city centre hotel). Only complain is that our air conditioning unit rattled a LOT!! And did compromise our sleep each night... I did as for maintenance to fix but never heard back... Other than that a good hotel and good value for money”

“地點閙中取静，不遠的對面有巴士站，離地鐵稍遠，要走10多分鐘，交通算方便。酒店門面簡潔高雅，前枱人員會協助解決問題。早餐在酒店的頂樓，環境不錯，在意大利來說食物也算豐富的。唯一遺憾的是WIFI信號太弱，一用就斷⋯⋯。整體不錯，下次去還會考慮住在這兒。”

“Have bus stop right in front the hotel door, you can take bus to every corner of Roma if you have bought a Roma pass. I reserve a Deluxe room, which is clean, and the space is excellent. I like the wash room very much, shower is perfect. Staff are very helpful, I made some mistake on booking date, they help me change that, with no extra cost! They also provide useful information if you ask. Just one little setback, the hotel is located at little distance from the central city, like 15mins……

“床不平整, 傾斜一邊, 睡起來腰很酸. 訂房時顯示有淋浴/浴缸二合一, 到了現場卻只有淋浴, 到櫃檯特別要求更換, 一開始還不願意幫我換, 我說我不能接受, 櫃台人員才勉為其難幫我換了一間. 訂房也沒有標示spa水療服務的服務時間, 結果到現場發現只到晚上九點. 我們完全沒有享受到. 浴室設計很爛, 水容易潑灑出來. ”
