The room never really cooled off well even though it wasn't very hot outside during our stay. My main frustration was with the restaurant. Our order came out wrong in that I they brought out an extra side item that we did not order. No problem with that, but they charged us for the extra item instead of removing it from the bill. After a long travel day, was too tired to make it worth my while to dispute it; just as matter of principle we shouldn't have been charged. The restaurant was beautiful and tables spaced well apart which we appreciated. Food was good and nice ambiance. As a traveler, the location is ideal of course.

Restaurant is expensive but good food and service. Hallways have appearance of college dorm. Rooms are clean and cool. Good when you've been traveling for 20 hours and just want to be clean, safe, comfortable and in bed.

Very convenient to airport, although it's a long walk not helped by the frequent maintenance of moving sidewalks (not Hilton's responsibility). Very good breakfast and pleasant restaurant.
