There is a free shuttle between the hotel and the airport. One of the drivers was not very responsible, and we reported to the hotel after we checked out. The hotel took our complaint very seriously and took action in the same day. It is a very very responsible hotel. Every guest also received a small gift from the hotel when checking out. The gift is a very warm appreciation. I highly recommend this hotel to the travelers who need to live close to the airport. "

"Really enjoyed my stay at Grand Kempinski. Location is convenient yet quiet. Several restaurants, a shopping mall and a subway station are all in walking distance. Staff were professional and friendly. Bellboys were very helpful. Our room has a nice view of the Bund. The only minor thing is that although the bathroom is decently-sized, I couldn't find a good spot for my toiletries. A design flaw I guess. Overall I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again next time I come to Shanghai."
