Staff was very accommodating; however, the advertising that all rooms have a water view neglected to mention that it was in the middle of a construction site. The general neighborhood did not permit a safe walk about. Too bad this hotel and its staff are in this unkempt area.

Room clean. Waited over an hour outdoors in the cold to check in. They need more staff or an indoor check in area. Finally got to window and employee rudely closed the window as it was his lunch time and I had to get in another line

Forget the Louvre, the Met or the Hermitage, some of the world’s greatest collections of art can be found in the Vatican Museums.

All was great and efficient.
Didn't explore the area.
I love Rome
Convent from airport , but don’t make a mistake you will pay for it.
A person serving at the Information kiosk in Terminal 3 was very patient and helpful in giving me guidance. Very much appreciated, especially in a place where I do not speak the language (and for which I feel guilty). Thank you!
The airport is very easy to use and transfer between terminals.
