The hotel is in a great location. A quick and easy walk to the city center. The room was good. A small issue is that we didn't know when we accepted the "facing the court yard" room, a band would be rehearsing every day. It did get a little loud. But other than that, the room was nice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. :)

Our stay was very nice. It was a bit pricey, but Banff is a popular place and demand is there, so they get the price they ask for. It would help if they cleaned the balcony chairs before guests arrive as part of their housekeeping. Ours were filthy, and I couldn't believe how dirty one of our face cloths got after wiping them down.

Location was great - walkable to shopping and dining. Room was clean - could use a fold out luggage stand or two. Hot tub worked well - tub and surrounding tile probably could use a good powerwash.Would be nice if onsite restaurant (The Meatball) added some variety other than just pizza and pasta.

Suite is very nice and clean. Just hoping coffee maker was clean properly. The suite we got just not good becuase the view of balcony is the lobby. Special the view outside is outstanding. Maybe not gonna go back to this hotel.

There is limited parking here and it is first come first serve. The doors are high off the floor and thin and you can hear everyone coming back to their rooms after the bars all closed in the middle of the night.

Great location close to shops & restaurants. Had a Superior room but has deteriorated a bit since my stay last year. Still very comfortable but sink in cramped bathroom with the toilet so not very convenient when more than one person staying in the room. Just a minor complaint so would still stay here again.
