"Stayed here with another couple for a long weekend on the bourbon trail. The property is well located in Bardstown, close to downtown, so you can walk or do a quick drive. The home is well appointed with everything we needed and communication with the owner was excellent. Like other reviewers mentioned, the second bathroom is located through the office. Not an issue, just something to be aware of. Overall great stay."

"Had an amazing time, beautiful property, and excellent accommodations! We stayed for 5 days and took advantage of the peacefull nature and tranquillity of the property. Host had the unit well stocked including firewood. We enjoyed seeing the deer daily and relaxing by a fire at night. The bed had a new memory foam mattress and the softest sheets, my back thanks you for not skimping. There was a washer and dryer if needed and a tankless water heater for endless hot water, oh and great water...

"Our family had a great stay in Mount Washington for Thanksgiving. We had three generations in the house staying together, and it was perfect for what we all needed. Every bedroom except one has its own connected bathroom, which made showers and getting ready so easy. Amazingly, we never ran out of hot water! Big plus! "We were up in Kentucky for 4 days, this house was our home away from home. The kids loved it and the beds are amazing! It's too bad we didn't have time to enjoy the fire pit, we would have loved that as well as the grill if we had another night to stay. They have already told me to we have to stay there again next year. It's 10 minutes from Kroger, James Beam Distillery and the Bernheim Forest and Makers Mark Distillery is not too far as well."

"We really loved our stay here! We were touring distilleries with friends and needed a place to stay. Meadow Creek was perfect. Plenty of space for 3 couples, including 2 full bathrooms. It was also near several distilleries, but still in a beautiful area. Really a great place to stay for larger groups when in the area. "

"This is our 2nd year staying and absolutely love the place and location. Elizabethtown is 7 min away with restaurants and shopping. I would sit outside on the swing with my dad and enjoy the view. "We had a fabulous time staying at Derby City Retreat! The house is brand new and kept so clean. Little details that make a big difference like leaving wood for us to use in the fire pit and travel size shampoo etc are such nice touches and very appreciated.
