About this property

Spacious, Fully-Stocked, Walking distance to Downtown - With Comfy Mattresses!

  • This beautiful home is the result of an eighteen-month rehab project, with care taken in the smallest details. The house is cleaned by a professional cleaning company after each visit, and fully-stocked with all essentials, including: full kitchen with cooking implements (including Instant Pot), soaps and shampoos, hair dryers, iron & ironing board, fluffy towels, board games, reading material, and spare bedding. I take pride in providing guests an excellent sleep experience and keep our mattresses fresh!

    TV's in each bedroom except The Landing bedroom (double twin beds).

    Please note: This house has four beds with excellent mattresses (two queen, two twin). There is a $50 fee if you would like us to convert the sofa to a bed with foam-topper, or set up an air mattress. Please just send us a note along with your booking to request this additional service.

    Make sure your little ones don't miss The Hideaway under the stairs, a special space just for children.

Great location!

This stay was for a family experience on the bourbon trail, the stay was everything we expected plus some! Great location to downtown Bardstown. The location itself was very clean and well stocked. The host checked in prior to the stay, during, and after. Would definitely recommend a stay here :)

Bardstown Beauty

6 of us stayed in this wonderful property. Toured distilleries near us one day and ventured to Louisville for a day. Location is perfect and lots to see eat and drink nearby! Highly recommend!

Very Accomodating

Alan and Nichole are great hosts! They have done everything they possibly could and more to make sure my crew of workers was comfortable their entire stay at the house. They go above and beyond to provide for their gusts. Great stay and well worth every penny!

Girlfriend’s overnight

The property was conveniently located to shopping and the dinner train. It nicely decorated and had lots of amenities. Loved the decor and openness of the floor plan. The ramp to the door helped with rolling in our bags. It was a good experience and I would book it again.

Bardstown getaway

The house was absolutely perfect for our trip! We had 6 adults and there was more than enough room for all of us. The rooms are spacious and the living area and kitchen were great for games and just hanging out! Nicole had everything we needed for our stay! Very clean and nicely set up. She also was super helpful with places to eat near by and we loved her recommendations! We definitely will be staying here again when we come back to Kentucky!

Bourbon trail

We stayed while visiting several distilleries in the area. The overall location was perfect driving distance to several major distilleries. Only issue is there is a good amount of road noise, that woke us up every day. Not the best, unless you need to wake up at 5:30am. Dispute the noise, we the home was exactly what we were looking for. Would stay again.

Fantastic Central Location In Bardestown

On the main road in Bardestown. Within walking distance of museums and restaurants. Multiple beds for groups that aren’t keen on sharing. Nice interior. New & functional bathroom fixtures. Well placed & subtle nightlights throughout. Easy check in & out. Thank you very much!

Bachelorette/girls weekend in Bardstown

The house was perfect and location was great! Communication with the owner was great as well! The weather was terrible this weekend (rain and flooding) so we spend a lot of time in the house and still had a wonderful time! The house had everything kitchen wise that we needed to make a big brunch. Spacious bedrooms and with comfortable beds, and plenty of seating. Close to restaurants and downtown Bardstown. Also a lot of parking which was nice for our multiple cars.
