“You’re paying for the location, which is excellent. Debo was extremely helpful. Could have had more thorough instructions on internet, front door. Housekeeping could have been better. Chesapeake 1 room was quiet, but extremely small with the tiniest bathroom possible. I would ask for a larger room if available.”

“Less than 10 mins walk to the Capitol. Cute cafes and restaurants within 20 mins walk. The place is exactly as described. Lovely patio space in the back to enjoy some fresh air. Checking in and out was a breeze. Communication with the owners were super easy and Eric was very responsive. Had a great time staying there!”

We contacted the property manager via the phone number they gave and the website but we never got any help. The neighbors next to the back patio were smoking marijuana and talking loudly. The property was in a nice area with plenty of easy parking on the street. The location gave easy access to the Metro station and downtown DC. The property manager was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.”
