"The rooms are super tiny, so pack small, but super cute! The whole place is adorable! Cute neighborhood. The staff was wonderful, very accommodating! Definitely recommend staying here!"

"This property is truly amazing but what adds the extra star are the staff, Shawn made our holiday, could not do enough for us. The house is just beautiful and so much history and extremely central. Just a few things that would advise but doesn’t effect the overall place, 1) the room we were in was opposite checkin so can be a bit noisy at times 2) the light from the outside garden pool area is on all night and keeps the room very light at night. These didn’t bother us but may affect others "

"This is a gorgeously maintained and updated property built in 1891. Perfect location less than a block from historic Duvall street, but quiet inside. Staff is super friendly and focused on what it takes to make the stay fun! Highly recommend!"

"We loved everything and will absolutely be returning! The one we were in was a cute 1 bedroom with french doors and a nice size bathroom. Decor was perfect. The pool is small but its perfect for the cottages. Entry to the property and room were by electronic code, the front porch was comfortable with the perfect amount of seating and tables. It looks like a little private community. Just loved the stay! The staff were so nice as well. This property is right off of Duval."

"We had a fabulous stay at the Duval Gardens, now part of the Southernmost Beach Resort Hotel (guesthouses) Great location and the breakfast in the morning on the porch was lovely. The beds were a little firm for our liking but other then that the stay was perfect. Kimberly took great care of us and made the stay even better! "
