Beautiful, upscale home just a three mile drive to the Cashiers Crossroads where several public golf courses are available. Dinner reservations in Highlands? You are just a 15 minute drive to Main Street in downtown Highlands with it's abundance of award winning restaurants and world class shopping. This totally renovated ASID Designer home features cathedral ceilings with wood beams, hardwood floors, wet bar and a beautiful native stone wood burning fireplace in the spacious great room.

This home is perfect for entertaining large groups.  With five bedrooms and five baths it comfortably sleeps 14 with an additional sleeper sofa den with full bath.  Custom and antique furnishings accent the mountain surroundings.  Flat screen TV's in all rooms, gourmet kitchen with wormy chestnut walls, large open decks and a covered gazebo with fantastic views of Cashiers Valley.  This is a true luxury mountain home professionally decorated with quality furnishings to provide all the comforts of home.

Cashiers North Carolina is famously known as "The Heart of The Blue Ridge Mountains" and offers plenty of things to do for the entire family, including golf, tennis, fly-fishing, hiking, cycling and more. Cancellation Policy

Policy (A)  for reservations less than 20 days:
A reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, the renter shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Policy (B) for reservations of 20 days or more and reservations made 6 months in advance:
NO refund is given unless the property is re-rented under the same terms.

Pictures don’t do this house justice!
We had an amazing time at this rental! So many bedrooms, comfortably fit 15 women. Every room has its own bathroom. View from back deck is amazing!! The road getting up to the house is a bit wind-y and narrow, but it’s worth it to get to this house!

Great house for large family!! Lots of space for kids to play inside!! Kids slept downstairs by parents and adults could visit/play cards after they went to bed. Some outside repairs needed around doors leading onto the deck but this is normal in a rainforest area,.

The house is wonderful. It has a great eat in kitchen, large en suite bedrooms, 2 large areat rooms, a washer and dryer on each floor, a beautiful deck with a splendid gazebo and a spectacular view. We did not feel crowded, even with 4 fireplaces. It extremely well stocked with everything you might want. There were a few minor issues, but Alicen Philips at Country Club Properties dealt with each one promptly and effectively.

The house is large and terrific. The layout and decorating are terrific with a vast deck and view. A few suggestions. One of the shower squeegies is old and needs replacing. The key and entry instructions are inaccurate. The email instructions for entry seem generic and do not really apply to this house. I had to find the key box around the corner of the house and then find a door which would allow entry. The key and front door don't work. Only 1 key? Requiring the towels to be done before checking out at 10 AM for a large party is unrealistic and took the edge off the experience. Firewood: at the cost of rental, i suggest a small 5-10 log pile for house guests to use. A fire one of the 3 nights would have added a nice touch. I would suggest having more than one secure garbage can, perhaps 3 would be better. Overall, one of the very best houses we have ever rented for a large family event. Thanks!

Great place for a large group
We came here to hold an annual planning meeting for our leadership team of our family-owned company, followed by a mountain weekend for our families. The great room was plenty big for our group to work comfortably as well as big enough for our family stay. The bedrooms accommodated all that were staying there. I especially loved the large kitchen table to allow us all to eat together as a group. Best of all were the spectacular views and morning sunrises. We will be back!

Stupendous Home
The home and view were exceptional. The accommodations and property management were great. We had a hiccup getting there due to Hurricane Sally and Property Mgt. always responded timely and were very helpful. The home is very spacious with plenty of refrigerators, ice maker and beverage cooler that came in handy. Loved the fireplace! Marvelous view of the mountains throughout the house. Only a few miles from downtown, hiking trails etc... We will definitely come back. From a Tallahassee, FL Family :)

We were grateful to find a property with such a spectacular view on such short notice. Huge home.! Overall we were very pleased ! ( Note* owners / care takers reallllly need to get that Master Bedroom closet mess taken care of, along with personal belongings put in an owners closet or removed ) .

Paradise lost - looking forward to next year
Thanks to COVID-19 the trip was cancelled. I purchased travel insurance but it did not cover pandemics (a very expensive lesson). I worked with Alicen who was absolutely amazing during this stressful time. After dealing with her, I am confident that the property (she let us rebook for next year) will be absolutely amazing annd held to the highest standards.

We had a wonderful stay!
This was an amazing house with amazing views. There is so much room is the house. 5 bedrooms does not do it justice. The bedrooms are huge and two of them have 2 queen sized beds so they were perfect for parents and small children. It was cold outside and we enjoyed the fireplace and views off the spacious patio but didn't get out to explore the property. Maybe next time, we are already talking about renting it again.

Great House for Whole Family!
Great, large property with plenty of room and fantastic views! House was well equipped with needed furnishings and kitchen equipment. We traveled with our entire family (8 adults and 8 children) to celebrate a 70th birthday and there was plenty of room for all. Everyone was happy.

Pros : The views are very good if you want to sit and enjoy outside There is lot of space for a large group Cons: Very expense compared to the facilities and convenience The key was in a lockbox but you had to pick up the papers from the office which could have been emailed. You had to drop of the key which could have been left in the lock box. That is wastage of lot of time checking in and checking out You have to haul away your trash which wastes around 1 hour of your time when time when leaving. The house to much cluttered up. It is not a very clean house. You get lint from the jute mats on your clothes The plan of the house is not freindly The furniture and very old and lot of things are look like broken.
