"The manager was really nice. I think her name was Tracey. There was a young lady in training that was helpful. The other guy at the desk…not so much. He wasn’t the friendliest and seemed to care more about talking than anything else. We checked in and wasn’t told about any amenities, not even about breakfast or where the pool was located. Other than that, the room was clean and spacious."

"I had a reservation for a room with a king size bed. When I arrived I was told there was no rooms with king size beds available and was asked if a full size would be ok...unfortunately it is to small be ause my husband is 6ft.4in tall and would hang off a full size bed. The front desk lady was amazing and upgraded our room to a suite so we would have the king size bed. It's little things like that that make your stay more enjoyable. "

"I was worried about the location of the hotel, but it was conveniently located. The hotel was clean, staff was very nice and it was quiet for as busy as it was. The only thing that didn't satisfy was the bed, it was very hard and uncomfortable. I didn't get a good night's sleep all weekend for that one reason. "
