"This property is basic but very comfortable and close to everything in downtown San Pedro de Atacama. Joel at the front desk is exception and goes out of his way to assist any way he can. For the price and the area we would definitely recommend this as a home base while in Atacama."

To start with, as I was booking, all the information including photos indicated a room with a view to the river.....not only did we NOT get a view to the river, our bedroom window on the ground floor (right next to the office of the concierge/front desk) had a view to a filthy storage area that had the exit air tube of the dryer machine hit directly to our window. Our toilet was faulty, bidet was out of order and it's...

Nope .... all the light coming in the room at all hours ... that is just one of 20 things ... the cat eating the breakfast on the kitchen counter when the girl preparing the food went outside ... too many people for the bathroom .... etc etc etc ...
