Great relaxing hotel in Paredón

"Hotel is very nice and the rooms with AC are great (take note of other comments about the loft rooms) - it was quiet and relaxing - great pool (will do the pool rooms next time). Restaurant is geared mainly for breakfast and lunch rather than dinner. But plenty of places along the beach to try. Drinks and food are good a reasonably priced. Only thing to note (and not sure it’s on Hotels.com - and wasn’t mentioned when checked in) is if you pay by card they will add an additional 7% to the bill. Will definitely return :) "

Oceana Resort & Conventions - All Inclusive

"We had such great experience the staff alone went beyond after check in. The experience of having all inclusive from unlimited drinks, food, pools was amazing. Everything was well maintained and clean my favorite part of it was the Hawaiian show and the game night. The fact that Expedia provided an amazing rate made it a night to remember. "

Don't recommend / No lo recomiendo

"I do not recommend this hotel. Very unprofessional. The hotel keeps reservations in a notebook without paying attention to reservations made via Hotels.com. As a result, when I got there, even though I had made a reservation 12 hours earlier and was fully paid, they did not have a room for me. In addition, the owner (?) instead of trying to help me, said that if I canceled the reservation there would be no problem, leaving me without a room. No recomiendo este hotel. Muy poco profesional. El hotel mantiene las reservas en un cuaderno sin prestar atención a las reservas realizadas a través de Hotels.com. Como resultado, cuando llegué allí, a pesar de que había hecho una reserva 12 horas antes y estaba completamente pagada, no tenían una habitación para mí. Además el dueño (?) en lugar de intentar ayudarme, dijo que si cancelaba la reserva no habría problema, dejándome sin habitación."
