The hotel rooms are lovely. The big chaise by the window is extra nice and comfy. I’m just going to tell you our honest impressions. The transition from parking garage to hotel could be marked more clearly. Clearer signage for the location of the elevator in the parking garage would help too. Especially if you have mobility issues. They have big shampoos, conditioner and gel mounted in the shower, so no need to bother the front desk. The daughter was a little concerned that while the frosted sliding door to the bathroom looks cool, you cannot actually lock the bathroom door. Don’t trust the address that the food delivery service apps ping. Get the actual street address before you order food or you will never see your food. Yelp particularly sucks on address snafu as well as providing any in process or delivery updates. But was amazing at getting a refund, I just felt bad for the restaurant. There are some cars that like to rev their engines as they go by the hotel, pretty loud even on the higher floors. There was a lady in the lobby with a dog jumping all over the lobby couch and barking incessantly while people were trying to check in. I saw another lady with a well behaved dog. Nice to see people travel with pets, but the jumping on the furniture and barking were a bit much for such a higher end hotel. Perhaps offer an easy map guide of exactly how to get to the Nationwide arena, people didn’t want to bother the swamped front desk and we are not locals.

Absolutely amazing staff! Upgraded my suite at a very low price. Five Star dining. Was there for the convention it was very convenient that I didn't have to leave the hotel to get to the convention center. The only thing that I was disappointed in was the pool it just looked really dirty around the pool the grout and around the drain. But other than that I highly recommend

Hotel was very clean, as was our room. We paid extra for a higher up room with a view - our room overlooked the flat gross buildings next door - not brag worthy at all. Also, there were zero ice/water available. Only one bar was open in the giant hotel complex. Pool was hard to find. We almost had to pay for parking twice, as we paid at check in but weren’t given any proof.
