“Our stay were was fine. The king beds were comfy, the unit was comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 5 of us. The extra twins beds are not a full twin length and anyone taller than 64 inches wouldn't want to sleep on it. We didn't love the part of town it was in but never felt unsafe. Plenty of beach gear available to borrow, we used chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards for multiple great days at the beach. Easy access to all parts of San Clemente. “Place was as depicted. Great place to stay, especially for beach access. You might want to note that this unit is on about 70th street, and the boardwalk doesn't start until about 40th. If you want more isolated beach play, this is great but not so great if you want to walk/eat by the boardwalk. Had a small issue with the water heater, but we resolved it ourselves. Warning - This unit is on the main floor. If the upstairs guests are noisy, you can hear everything. If they're quiet, no problem....

The property manager was very helpful when we needed to store our bags before checkin as well as accommodating our need for a late check out! Definitely recommend!”
