“We stayed in this little cabin by the woods for a month and it was fantastic: quiet, peaceful. comfortable and refreshing. Jeremy was a great host and helped us with anything we needed. The location is just delightful for sitting on the verandah with a cuppa or a glass of wine and watching the heron and the kingfisher on the pond. If you are looking for a break from the constant demands of daily, working life, this is the place for you.”

“Excellent venue surrounded by countryside but not far from two main towns with all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good and plentiful with both hot and cold choices. Didn’t visit the bar restaurant but the venue looked good. Highly recommended. ”

“The hotel is great, clean and comfortable rooms, great gym and pool facilities and the staff helpful and polite. We spent a night awaiting a connecting flight from Gatwick and very happy we chose the Sandman!”

“This was okay. But the house needs renovations and seemed to lack maintenance as well as the backyard. There were water leaks on the wall of the living room when someone was taking a shower in the bathroom of the 2nd floor. The ceiling light of this bathroom was not working, so we had to take our showerd in the morning, or while using a bedroom lamp. We had to contact the owner a few times at our arrival and he was very responsive and friendly.”

“Muy mala. La calefacción no funcionaba correctamente en la mayoria de las habitaciones. El check in muy tarde (y lento) y check out muy temprano. Desayuno tambien termina demasiado temprano. No hacen las habitaciones a diario. El servio en recepción no podia resolver los problemas. Mi grupo llevó mas de 50 personas al hotel. Totalmente descartado para el año que viene.”
