"They stay was great like last time, maybe the room service between day 1 and 2 could be better. Rest of the stay the conditions were good. Dinner was kind of expensive for a limited buffet. Parking was a disaster. They lack control of which car is parked where. We had cars parked on handicapped spots, on charging without charging, took 2 spots with 1 car and other places that they shouldn't. 9 out of 10 car that didn't follow the customs were Danish or Swedish. Resolve the indoor/garage parking...

Wonderfully designed, modern but traditional concept, very cool architecture that actually feels like a ski hut type of setting. "The hotel is a little dated but I give it too scores for the staff. The incredibly kind woman working the front during the day and the interesting, engaging gentleman working the night. They both were excellent at customer service, finding ways to accommodate us. I found them to be the best part of our stay. The room is nice enough. Bathroom a bit small. "A grand old building with a rich history - photo`s in the gallery show visits by the late Queen Prince Philip, and even Cliff Richard. Staff were extremely helpful, room was clean, bed very comfortable. Only criticism would be that the curtains are not blackouts so the midnight sun late May was a little disruptive.
