I speak their local language as well. I heard them talking to tourists from the EU states in English. They sound very strange when talking to guests in Turkish and English."

"I stayed with my family for 1 week from 4/2 to 4/9. I have to say that for the first two days we had a little rough time. My mother was with a wheelchair, and the hotel does not have access to cars, you need to be dropped off at several feet away and walk up a steep hill. Also, there was a construction in the building next to the hotel and they work overnight, which was not announced on their website, so for 2 nights I had a hard time sleeping. "Great hotel, very clean and classy, walking distance to Bagdat street. Restaurant on roof top was nice and the seafood was delicious. Excellent service except they never offered any Expedia VIP access nor service. "

The man at the front desk helped us acquire a card for public transportation and even helped us refill it. The hotel was accessible to the ferry and the staff helped us understand the system.
