“체크인이 2시부터 시작인데, 3시30분에 도착을했는데, 체크인 대기가 40분이 걸렸습니다. 처음 배정받은방은 슬라이딩도어가 고낭자서 작동도 안해서, 방변경신청해서 바꾸는데 또 30분.. 그리고 여긴 층간소음 방음이 정말 1도 안되는것같습니다. 복도걸음걸이, 윗집 아랫집 걸음걸이까지 다 들리며, 안방샷시 우풍이 너무 심해서 보일러를 최대한 틀어도 찬공기가 너무 들어와 추웠습니다.”
