“The beach is a very short walk, or drive, away, and the marsh view is terrific. There are several good restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed the Botany Bay Preserve and the Edisto Beach State Park. The condo is well equipped. Washing and drying our sheets went quickly and smoothly on our departure morning. It helped that we brought our own towels.”

“My family and I had the most wonderful stay in this lovely little beach house. The location is amazing in relation to both the local shops/restaurants as well as the actual surf! As a mother of two little ones, I loved not having to worry about lugging beach gear up and down massive staircases just to go out on the beach. The house itself is an original Edisto beach house and the simplicity and casual charm was exactly what we were looking for. In fact, I now plan to rent this house every year...

“This was my first visit to Edisto and hopefully not my last. We really enjoyed our time! This property has a fully stocked kitchen with all the equipment you need to cook. The beds were comfy. There were plenty of towels which is appreciated. We spent the most time on the screened-in porch. It was wonderful listening to the birds and watching deer. The owner of this property is so sweet. Any question we had was answered immediately. I would definitely come back and stay here!”

“We had a great stay. The communication with the owner was easy from start to finish and we even got a great recommendation for an afternoon trip to Botany Bay. It was easy bike access to everything. Take heed of the reviews of the signs from the above tenants. “We had a nice stay. There were several issues with the property. We called and were able to resolve one of them. They sent some one to repair the hole in the deck. They were unable to stop the lights from blinking over the table. The repairman came on Wednesday evening and said that he thought that the bulbs were the wrong kind. “We had a wonderful weekend, a block away from the beach. We loved being so close and having a cart to take the provided chairs, umbrella and corn hole with us. The house was beautiful and well-equipped. We cooked most of our meals since it was easier and better than trying to find a place on a holiday weekend. Just what we all wanted. Thank you!”

“This condo was clean and well-furnished with updated bathrooms and comfortable beds. The kitchen was especially well supplied with everything we needed. The views of the inlet and waterways allowed us to bird watch from the balcony. Our only concern was a persistent moldy smell which remained on our clothing when we returned home.”

“It was the most relaxing and peaceful time we have had in a long time. There are beautiful marsh views. The tidal creek and marsh are full with wildlife. We enjoyed the stars. House was equipped with everything we needed. Communications with owner were stellar. Tracie was prompt and personable. We really enjoyed our stay. Note: Plan a sunset at nearby Pine Landing.”

“Great weekend getaway. The free mini golf the kids loved. If we were to stay a few days we would definitely rented a golf cart as it would have been easier to get to and from the beach. Seeing we rented the Wyndham crew attempted us to get us to sit for a 90 min preso to try to book our own timeshare. But once we finished he provided us his cell and told us to reach out if we had any issues. ”
