“The check in was smooth, however we did it at the site as they didn’t answer through Expedia. We rented the room because they said it had a king bed and a sofa bed and slept 5 people. We only had is a couple and our two sons, and the sofa bed wasn’t a proper sofa bed, it would only work if you were under 140 cm. I messaged when I was there and got no response. We have stayed at grand marina many times and booked with their agency. We will not book with this one again!”
