“Nice unit, but a bit difficult without a washer and dryer in the unit and one can easily be put in in the closet of the main bedroom. We asked for more towels and were told they would be coming, but none were delivered. The kitchen was nicely equipped with what we needed and we liked the pool, outdoor patio, and proximity to the pier. Thank you for a lovely stay.”

“we had a great stay , the view was fantastic from the unit and the sunsets was amazing. It was just as it was listed. The amenities was great in the unit. and very comfortable. Had an issue with ac but it was addressed and fixed right away”

“Great location with easy access to bean point (best beach on Anna Maria), pine street restaurants/shops. The beds and pillows are SO comfortable! The house is well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach gear, and sand toys. We would definitely rebook here when we visit next year.”

“Great neighborhood. Quiet and friendly. House is small- like a 2 bedroom apt, but it was fine for us- as we were only two. Nice backyard. Primary bathroom should be updated. Hence the 4 star instead of 5 star review.”

“Property was great. Clean, and great location. Only issues were missing bedding, no laundry soap, and wi-fi was out. All issues resolved quickly, so 5 star from us. Things happen, so the effort to fix them sells us. They were great. FYI, the listing didn't clearly state you rent the upstairs. Lower level was rented to another family so you share the pool, etc. Not a huge deal.”

“Stay went well. Nice to have met Shannon in person, was helpful getting situated upon arrival! Suggestions: had some difficulty accessing wi/fi. Instruction folder in unit with information on wi/fi access and how to use tv settings maybe helpful! Shade on side door glass would enhance privacy! Overall very quiet setting and comfortable bed to sleep in!”

A 500 metros del estadio Tropicana. Hay mucha construcción al rededor y la oferta de alimentos cercana es correspondiente al ambiente deportivo. ”

“We had some amazing days in this beach house as a family. Everything you need, plus everything is brand new so you kindda feel like you are in a 5 stars house. the beach is 2 blocks away and is really really nice. we had been to some other anna maria island beaches but i think we all prefer this one. Also, the service by phone is really good, they take care of anything you may need. Will come back again.”
