“Went to Sarasota for Graduation. Perfect home for 3 generations of family to stay. Beautiful property on a baby peninsula into the bay, island right across the way where birds came to roost for the night. Lovely to just sit and watch the bay, but also awesome pool and really enjoyed adding pontoon boat rental. Able to cook most meals at home. Great location for accessing Sarasota and Bradenton schools/restaurants/beaches but also didn’t have much desire to leave the house.”

Mis planes cambiaron y fui con mis dos hijas de 2 y 4 años. Confiando en que habia rentado un lugar de una cama y un sofa cama. Y ella se molestó (como para estar mas molesta que yo). Como pudimos nos acomodamos con mi esposo. Pero al dia siguiente encontramos ropa interior de hombre debajo de la cama y...

“Area is nice. Can walk to some shops and restaurants. Did not use shuttle. Many people rent golf carts. House needs a little work bu it was fine.”

“The place roomy, clean, well stocked. Perfect for our week at the beach. I do wish the screened porch was fully screened. There is a spiral staircase that goes to the pool from the screened porch and it allows mosquitoes to enter the area.”

“Our family enjoyed a week at this home and it was everything we expected and more! The pool was fabulous, the amenities were top notch, the location provided easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We enjoyed the private dock and the ability to rent a boat to cruise on the water. We would absolutely stay at this home again in the future.”

“Property was very nice, perfect for our trip. Had a nice lay out well decorated confortable. Very close to the beaches and stores. The only things were that the laundry room and kitchen had a strong musky smell and the hot tub was dirty with residue.”

It is a short drive to everything in Sarasota. They are very responsive and helpful when there is an issue. I would highly recommend any family to stay here.”

“This property checked off the boxes for a wonderful generational trip for the girls. It was clean, beach access was so private, and the deck furniture worked well for our needs. Baby gate was helpful. All equipment was working and the air conditioning unit was very good and kept us cool on the warmer days. Location was great! The pier was a close walk and instacart delivers to the address so no leaving for groceries!”

“I cant say enough great things about our experience here. The property was even better than advertised. The location was a perfect location between the beach and Siesta Key Village. The communication/confirmation with Lisa was outstanding. I highly recommend it to everyone. We cant wait to go back”

“unidad muy cómoda y equipada; muy limpio y amplia. Los amenities de buena calidad. Tiene centro de lavado y fue de gran ayuda contar con secadora después de una tarde de lluvia en la ciudad. A 500 metros del estadio Tropicana. Hay mucha construcción al rededor y la oferta de alimentos cercana es correspondiente al ambiente deportivo. ”

“We had some amazing days in this beach house as a family. Everything you need, plus everything is brand new so you kindda feel like you are in a 5 stars house. the beach is 2 blocks away and is really really nice. we had been to some other anna maria island beaches but i think we all prefer this one. Also, the service by phone is really good, they take care of anything you may need. Will come back again.”
