“Perfect condo and location for us. Walking distance to everything we like.”

“While we enjoyed the condo itself the parking was difficult. If you returned to the condo later in the evening there were no available spots and no where else to park! Elevator didn't work one evening and walking up 4 flights with a medical condition was tough. Frustrating!! Also, we paid for a cleaning service so stripping the bed, washing, drying and putting away dishes, and taking out garbage should have been handled by the cleaning service. First VRBO I ever had to do that for.”

“Unkempt, poorly maintained. We had to connect new tv to Wi-Fi. Protective paper was left on the tv by the realtor. The property was not ready to move into at 4:00. No closet doors. Balcony needs new carpet and paint. ”

“One bedroom and 2 bathrooms on the beach: absolutely perfect for us. Tastefully decorated, new kitchen is lovely. It was spotlessly clean. Oceanfront for those who, like me, want to see and hear the surf first thing in the morning, last thing at night, and whenever we're there in between. The location is convenient. I gave it 4 stars because I really prefer a less populated area, but a one bedroom condo or cottage is very difficult to find.”

“We LOVE staying at Royal Gardens especially with “The Salty Pickle”. The location is great, the condo had everything we needed. It was only my daughter & myself this time. Only negatives were there was not a keypad on the exterior door; there is still a lock and key which is not convenient. Also, there was a mildew smell as soon as you walked in the door that smelled horrible. Otherwise, the place was very clean. We had to get an air freshener to over power the smell to be able to tolerate....

“the condo and location were phenomenal and everything it advertised. My issue is with the lack of communication from the property management company. They did not respond to messages via VRBO or phone messages before our stay. They responded to two of my VRBO messages once I called VRBO and inquired why I was not getting any responses, but still never returned my call. My friend, who lived in the area, finally went the day before we were to check in to ask about an early check in, they told her...

“The property was as advertised and more! Excellent location. Clean and well maintained ground beach front unit which was just 25 feet from the beach! Kim our host was very accommodating, attentive to our needs and readily available if needed. She had no problem with early checkin for our date which was a big help for the early arrivers in our group. Well worth staying in this property!”
