The Garden City Pier provides fishing access, 2 bars, arcade, restaurant and live music. Condo is conveniently located within walking distance of numerous restaurants. Condo complex offers spacious pool, hot tub, parking and grilling area for guest convenience. For the golfing enthusiast, many highly rated championship courses are just a short drive away. The Marshwalk district is within 5 miles, and has several restaurants/bars, shopping and watersports. Enjoy walking to the pier, beach, restaurants and shopping during your visit.
