Location near redwoods is great! Room size and furnishings just right. Complementary coffee and hot chocolate a nice touch. We didn't notice a clock in the room, which would have would have been nice. All in all a very pleasant stay.

The room I stayed in had no operational HVAC. There were no other rooms available. The front desk offered me a fan (which I took). Sinks drained slow. During breakfast the coffee machine ran out of coffee and by the time the staff got it replaced, breakfast was eaten. Staff worked hard and politely given the circumstances and I felt sorry for them. The place is just run down.

A few “underserved” subjects hanging around the facility… Was able to park right underneath our room and keep an eye on our vehicle with all our belongings. Had an ocean view room, however it’s on the opposite side of the highway, so all we heard was traffic, not ocean sounds…All in all, a lovely facility and location…close to many things-very walkable

Unique lighthouse decoration in the lobby. Breakfast is so so. Sink and big counter in the room seems somewhat odd.

The room needed updating ( torn seat on chair; plumbing in bathroom noisy and needs repair, etc.) Staff was helpful and efficient. The free breakfast was average ( no eggs or hot items, only fruit and cold cereal) ; parking and elevator service were above average.
