“Absolutely love this place. Diane was a great host. Perfect communication and her directions were on spot on. Even though the complex can be confusing, she made it easy to find our spot. The amenities are great. If you are an indoor pool kind of person like me, right now the indoor pool is closed but we had a blast at the pool which was super close to the condo. Totally relaxing and we recommend.”

“This property has a wonderful view of the Colorado River and we enjoyed our time at the outdoor hot tub. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed which we were not aware of. There are several nice parks in the vicinity. Recommend to prepare meals on site as close by restaurants are scarce.”

“Pretty decor, nice towels and linens. Loved the body wash, shampoo and conditioner. I wish I knew what brand they were so I could buy them. The kitchen was also stocked with all the things you need. Also, I contacted the host one morning with a question and she replied within a few minutes. We’ll definitely stay again.”

“Wonderful property! Felt like our home away from home. It had everything we needed! It was so cute and cozy! My husband enjoyed all the fans in the master so we slept well, my 8yr old son loved all the bunk beds and the big tv in the kids room and I loved all the decorative touches that felt like home. It was close to our family we were visiting so it was perfect. We will definitely be back this summer. :)”

“It’s was good but issues with the toilet was not a great start”

“My husband and I wanted an extended weekend vacation, just the 2 of us. The condo was lovely and the neighborhood was quiet. It was a great space for us to relax. One suggestion is to have detailed written instructions on how to access the streaming services offered on each television.”

“The unit was fine. I was there to work, so did not spend much time in it except to sleep. I only wish I had a view from the unit.”

“Super condo. Neat and clean. Nice balcony. Large bathroom with bathtub. Kitchen with everything you need. Great hosts. It was nice and quite building even tho it was 4th of July weekend and there was construction going on across the street. Would rent again for sure. ”

“Condo has been refurbished and is very cute and clean. However the downstairs bedroom is basement like. The AC unit down there did not work. The stairs up to master and down to bedroom are very difficult. They are steep and the steps are very small not regular size. Be dangerous for small children and elderly people. The shower in the master water would not get hot. ( it did in the tub). Beds were very comfortable and good location in Horseshoe Bay.”

“Once again, we had a very enjoyable & relaxing stay at the condo. The patio has a small grill which makes it absolutely wonderful. The condo is also well equipped; the only suggestion I would make is to add a pitcher so iced tea could be made.”

“I began our stay with great trepidation. I texted with “Vacasa” frequently and they were not very helpful or forthcoming of what I needed to bring (spices,foil,Tupperware,etc..) and was told no Christmas decor in the home (despite listing saying it had decor on VRBO). Once we got to the home I realized I didn’t need to bring half of what we did:( There is a local property manager and the “Vacasa” people I texted with did not put me in touch with her. All would have been so much easier for me if...
