“We enjoyed our time here, condo was clean and had a community pool that we used. Just a 20 minute drive to Marco Island. Would recommend to stay here. Only thing we did not have assess to the washer and dryer in the unit, the door was previously locked. Other than that, everything was very good.”

“I loved the location. Step across the street and you are on the beach. Top floor of the building too. I knew ahead of time that the building is mid construction from the hurricane still. I was fine with that. The host can’t change that. I was happy with the price that he offered. It was loud at the building during working hours. Once again I was forwarned of this and I agreed to it. Overall a great stay for the price that it was offered at.”

It’s fully updated with comfortable and stylish furniture and beds. The Kings (owners) thought of lots of details without adding clutter, including wall mounted body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the master bath, a white noise machine, and hallway and bedroom hooks for hanging hats or clothes. “We were at the Bonita Bay Club for a wedding. The condo was conveniently located near the front gate. We were able to walk to all of the onsite events. The condo was well appointed with linens, beach chairs, cleaning supplies etc”
