You had to walk across a dark room to turn on the light. We took pictures upon arrival because the condo was very nice and modern. We noticed spots on the carpet throughout the condo but factored in wear & tear like most places we've stay at which NOTHING IS PRISTINE & PERFECT condition after being used multiple times. They gave us supplies such as toliet paper, paper towels and washing pods which we greatly appreciate. The sink didnt have a stopper, a shelf in the fridge was broken and the light bulb over the stove was out. The young Lady Crystal was wonderful & pleasant and she came with a stopper for the sink and fixed the bulb over the stove. She is an asset to rhe Owners of the condo and made up for the nitpicking we are experiencing after we checked out. I was gonna rebook the spot for next month but after get multiple text about things that was like that upon arrival I will not visit that location again. Overall we enjoy the serenity and peace of the area being located right across the street from Ave Maria cathedral but to be nitpicked about things we didnt do takes away from stay!! Had to collect trash and carry it to the waste container, this was a prerequisite. Communication was nonexistent until the day of stay. Decorations were current as was the style used in this property. Porch furniture was cheap a not comfortable. Master shower provided very little water strength. Expected more for the price. It was roomy, clean, and extremely comfortable. Our stay was enjoyable and peaceful. The dining options and shopping were nice and the kitchen allowed for us to make our own meals. The balcony allowed us to watch a lightening and thunder storm roll through. I spent 3 nights in the condo while visiting my family in the area. My unit had everything needed for a short or long stay. Parking is convenient on site at no additional cost. The only issue was the sliding door to the balcony was difficult to close and lock. My rental agent contact was always quickly responsive to my texts and extremely helpful. This place was amazing for our family of 4 - great views of the church and perfect location for walking anywhere in Ave (especially to Publix, which is less that 5 mins walk away). It has a luxury feel to it, yet still very comfortable and cozy. Great communication from the host.
