The condo was excellent. It was roomy, clean, and extremely comfortable. Our stay was enjoyable and peaceful. The dining options and shopping were nice and the kitchen allowed for us to make our own meals. The balcony allowed us to watch a lightening and thunder storm roll through. I would recommend and stay here again.

Amazing location!

This place was amazing for our family of 4 - great views of the church and perfect location for walking anywhere in Ave (especially to Publix, which is less that 5 mins walk away). It has a luxury feel to it, yet still very comfortable and cozy. Great communication from the host. I'll be booking again for my next visit to Ave!

Beautiful condo

The unit is very well located in the city center with a lovely balcony view. I spent 3 nights in the condo while visiting my family in the area. My unit had everything needed for a short or long stay. Parking is convenient on site at no additional cost. The only issue was the sliding door to the balcony was difficult to close and lock. My rental agent contact was always quickly responsive to my texts and extremely helpful. Excellent service.

We loved our condo. It was spacious, clean, and conveniently located. It was easy to book and directions for our stay were well communicated. The only minor things we found were that the deck door did not lock and was hard to open and close, the door to the room with the queen size bed squeaked, and the only light in the room with the queen size bed was the lamp across the room. You had to walk across a dark room to turn on the light. All in all we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend this as a place to stay when visiting Ave Maria.

Great place, great location! A little bit of trouble with WiFi, but property manager was very attentive and tried to do everything he could to fix the problem. Would definitely stay there again!
