“We had such a wonderful time here with our family for the week. The pool and hot tub were great, the views were amazing. It was nice to have kayaks and a SUP as well. The house was a very short walk to Sapodilla (maybe 4 min with little kids), and we love that beach!! “The house is as nice as the pictures show with a beautiful view and everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. The pool is nice to relax in and the beach is convenient to walk to. We had a big bowl of fresh fruit and beer and water waiting for us. We met the owners Christine and Christian who were very kind and their dog Mimi who is a cutie. We would definitely come back and stay here again.”

“Property was nice for the 4 of us. It was very nice having a private pool with a screened in patio. It would be nice to have a few essentials in the kitchen, aluminum foil (we only needed 1 piece), olive oil, etc. For use, larger beach towels (not kid size), 1 beach chair broken, 2 others rusted ready to break were afraid to use, 1 brand new. We had to pay for chairs and umbrellas at the public beach each day big expense.”

“Absolutely fabulous, the views, the privacy, the pool, and the villa itself. Everything was perfect, my only complaint was that nowhere on our reservation did we have the name Sunrise ridge, so it was hard to find. I would suggest you just include that, but 💯 loved it, recomend it, and we will be back!”

“This is our third time visiting Turks & Caicos and second time staying in a VRBO on Chalk Sound. The Villa on Chalk Sound was perfect. The back decks, pool, with access to the sound was amazing. We enjoyed the kayaks and being so close to Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay beaches (by far the most beautiful beaches on the island, not a steep drop-off like you find in Grace Bay). “The best part of this unit is the pool area and the private beach access and beach chairs and umbrellas, as mentioned by other reviewers. No signage to the unit so hard to find initially. The unit itself is a small studio with large windows that unfortunately open to the neighbouring patio on one side and to the walkway to the upper unit villa and pool on the other, so curtains stay closed unless you like people looking in. “Communication with property manager was excellent! The home was absolutely incredible. We had a group of five couples. The layout of the home fit our group perfectly. The pool area was amazing. House was stocked with essentials that lasted us the week. Need towel racks or hooks in the upstairs bathroom. No place to hang wet towels. Other than that, no complaints. “Friends and I rented this house, there was a mix of couples and singles. We had an absolutely amazing time! Jessica (host) made this trip smooth and easy. Information was provided on all the local events, activities. We checked out a few of the beaches but found the beach where we were staying to be the best! The house is absolutely beautiful!
