I wrote a great review the first day after a great check in and nice welcoming room but that was it. There after it was disappointing even upsetting due to rudeness and condescending treatment from some staff members..at check in I asked, and was offered the required travel covid19 test for free ..but was asked to pay $50 usd. When i tried to make the appt., To have it done, I wast told "sorry for the miss- information, its free to long stay customers only ". I also was humiliated and singled out at the italian, ala carte restaurant for wearing crocks when many were being admitted wearing flip flops, i was boldy treated by the 2 young hosts at of the restaurant and the manager told me to step aside, that I was "wearing plastic shoes "!!!. He asked me to leave and ignored me when I pointed out that others flip flops were also plastic. After complaining to the on duty Mgr. Whom was nice and sympathetic, a nice but unrequested dinner was sent to my room...I felt as if I was a lectured and grounded child who was being fed in her room after getting in trouble...it was disgusting...i was traveling solo and felt miserably treated. Half of the staff were wonderful, mostly the ones who did labor, the others, such hosts and desk staff are rude. sorry won't be back nor will i recommend it.
