Great location
The unit is on the 3rd floor. The kitchen is updated, clean, and well stocked with utensils, pots and dishware. The bedroom is a great size and the closet is HUGE! Plenty of dresser space and space to hang your clothing. So you don't need to live out of your suitcase! The patio/veranda is a great size,with 2 chairs a loveseat and table there is also a ceiling fan which we never needed. There was always a breeze! The covered parking was great. The grounds and pool area are clean and well maintained. We had a great view of the beach and water across the street. The view of the ocean and palm trees makes the minimal street traffic non-existent. There are places to dine nearby. If you are fit you can walk to everything and everywhere. We did alot of walking. You can also utizlize the trolley whicb has a stop nearby to get to old town or duval. We had a great stay and would stay again without hesitation. Roberta communication NEVER lacked at all! She was great to work with. Thanks again Roberta for hsoting us!

La Brisa is great!
This condo was nice, clean, and this complex is secure. We’ve stayed at La Brisa several times. This unit has a great view of Smather’s Beach. The unit had about anything you’d need for cooking or food prep. It’s quite a distance from the downtown area, which is great. Covered parking, a nice grilling area, and a nice pool area. Roberta was helpful, and everything was good.

The unit was well furnished. All the furnishings were in good condition. The location is excellent for it proximity to the beach and all of Key West. The unit was clean. The amenties on the property were all in good repair. It was wonderful to relax without a worry about where we were staying and just enjoy Key West. Highly recommend this unit.

Great location to experience Old Town and recharge your batteries
Overlooking Smathers Beach... which though small is a positive and provides great views. Found out the Keys are coral and the sand is imported so beaches are not common here. The location is far enough away from Duval where it's quiet yet close in to all the Old Town bad too offer by bike. Only negative thing.. advertised a "beach house" Actually apartment style Condo but the ocean view made up for everything.

50th Birthday Celebration
Wonderful condo rental & totally recommend! The rental was beautifully decorated a beach theme. Clean, Spacious, and Quiet. Kitchen has everything you need if you wanna stay in, coffee maker, blender, crock pot, plates cups, nice pots and pans etc. We used the outdoor grills a few nights.Condo Has 2 beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and 4 beach towels. Master bedroom has views of the beach and doors to the balcony w/ huge walk in closet. Bathroom has toilet and tiled stand up shower with bathroom sink that is separate from this area. Great access to the beach to just walk over to it. There are beach chairs and umbrella rentals by Sunset Watersports. The pool at the condo was very nice and heated which was nice to have in the evenings. The only thing I didnt like was the elderly man who came down to swim everyday to do a million swim laps and told everyone to move so he could swim. There were about 10 of us in the pool including 2 kids about 2 yrs old with their moms and he requested them to be moved from his way. I was a little put off with him telling people when and where they can swim. And not to mention, he appeared to have an infected sore on his left leg with steri strips. I wasn't pleased with this situation. Not going to affect my rating of the condo because it's not something in the renter's control. But needs to be known. We did have an issue with the thermostat, Roberta's responses were quick and resolved. Overall, in my top 5 best places I've stayed at!

Staying in Key West at its best!
Peace of mind staying in a gated community with coffee on the balcony overlooking a beautiful beach. Condo was clean very well equipped and quiet. This was our second visit and looking forward to many more. Convenient to all attractions, restaurants and shops. The hosts is very responsive and accommodating.

La Brisa Key West
Our week stay could not of been any better or more comfortable. The condo was just as advertised and more. The views are wonderful and the cleanness of the condo was top notch, also the unit was fully furnished for our needs with everything you would need for a week in the islands. Perfect location close to all the hustle and bustle of Key West Island. We loved our condo so much we just didn’t want to leave! Next time we are in Key West we are going to try and stay at this same place!

BEAUTIFUL CONDO/ WONDERFUL HOST
I can’t thank Roberta enough. My husband and I visited from New York, our first time to Key West. Roberta was such a huge help and was very friendly, efficient and effective. We did not know where to rent bikes, we reached out to Roberta and received a reply instantly. We could not remember if the unit had a blender as we were in the liquor store, again reached out and received an immediate response. Detailed instructions were left for us with the process of checking in and checking out. The property is kept very secure and maintained beautifully. We needed other recommendation’s such as dining, rides into town, beaches, etc.. and Roberta advised and responded quickly, effectively with ease and pleasure. Roberta helped make our trip so much easier and also made us feel very safe and secure knowing we had someone to guide and help us being new to Key West. Roberta is very detailed, organized and does a wonderful job with not only the rental of the unit but going above and beyond with any other question/ concerns/ problems you may encounter. Thank you Roberta. It was an anniversary trip for my husband and I. We stayed in the unit for over a week and Roberta was just a text or phone call away. Every rental should be managed and maintained like this one. We will be returning without a doubt and Roberta makes the whole process effortless, with grace and professionalism. I cannot recommend this property enough! My husband and I spent our honeymoon here. It was so clean, nicely decorated and spacious for both of us. We loved the balcony that looked out over the ocean and often stood there watching sea birds dive down into the water. It was a little far away from a lot of things on the island, but we rented bikes and had no problem getting around after that. Also, it was so nice that the location didn’t even matter. If you are looking for a really romantic place to stay, book this place! Would stay again in a heart beat!

Wonderful Thanksgiving Vacation
The condo location is perfect. The proximity to Smathers Beach with the 3rd floor view makes it wonderful for looking at the ocean, spending time at the beach and watching sunsets. The condo is clean with excellent appliances. It has an updated kitchen. The updated bath had plenty of good quality towels. The complex is quiet, and grills were new and clean. There is ample bike parking, as biking the island is the best way to get around.

Great Home to Explore Key West
This home is as advertised: well furnished, beach view, and near key attractions in Key West. Roberta was very accessible and easy to work with! We appreciated the off street parking, wall mounted hand sanitizer, Scrabble and cards, and outdoor balcony. The condo also has a great layout for multiple adult guests: the bathroom & shower can be accessed from both the living room (with the hide-a-bed) and the bedroom. This was a pleasant surprise that made things even easier for our group of travelers. It's close to main attractions but not in the noise of Duval Street, which we appreciated, and it's close to the airport, so you could likely spend a few days here just with Uber or a golf cart. We went to some local restaurants as well as Key West's main sites, but also enjoyed the convenience of walking across to the beach and seeing the sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

Another Amazing Stay
This is our second time staying at this unit and as always it was a great stay. We love the location, the ocean view and the quietness of the complex. If you don't want to be in the party section of Key West, this place is for you. The unit is very clean and well stocked (we cooked in most nights) and the use of the grills on property was very helpful. Roberta is extremely helpful and answers questions quickly. Don't hesitate to book this property as it books up quickly.
