"We loved the enclosed deck/porch, hot tub, surrounding trees and woods. We saw deer and enjoyed having coffee/tea on the enclosed deck/porch. The kitchen could use a narrow/small buffet or countertop to add counter space, but we also understand that there is not a lot of space. The owner or manager was very communicative, conscientious, and fast to respond and even sent an instacart delivery to make sure we had soft toilet paper. We would love to come back!"

"Stayed as a group of three to relax on the river and explore Knoxville for memorial day weekend. The boat had plenty of room for us and could have even accomodated 1 or 2 more. All of the essentials were on board and instructions for bathrooms and appliances were clear. The A/C units worked surprisingly well and cooled the rooms quickly. The top deck is the best part as there is tons of space to grill, lounge, and even play cornhole. The marina is super quiet and is perfectly situated right...

"Came to Knoxville for a late thanksgiving dinner with family. Home was available last minute for a great price. Check in was easy, growing up in the area I know that there are many very old homes in need of repair. With that said the host has done an amazing job on restoring/remodeling this home. Location was perfect for access to everything. Cleanliness was a 10/10. Everything you need for a comfortable stay was provided. Would definitely stay again."
