“ Not only is the staff wonderful, but it is a short walk to the beach and they have provided anything and everything you could want for a day at the beach! Towels, carts, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and even bicycles for a ride around town. There is a trolley that will take you anywhere along the island route. Pool is secluded and beautiful, rooms are well equipped, there is nothing else you could want for. ”

“A nice small space for short stays. Wish they offered a dresser, had to live a week out of suitcases and there was plenty of room for them to offer a dresser in the closet. Too few places to hang towels to dry outside. Kitchen offering is limited but you can get by. Walking distance to town and beaches.”

“My friend and I, to celebrate Mother's Day without kids, spend 4 days at this delightful cottage on Anna Maria Island. I have only glowing reports regarding the location and the hosts. This cute and old-fashioned cottage sits in a great location and is in walking distance to shops, the Anna Maria Pier, restaurants and especially, the beach! It sits next to Capt Anthony's fish market which would have been interesting to watch; however, the owners were on vacation so we missed the action. Joanne...

The amenities included made it so easy to simply relax and enjoy the beach that was only steps from our door. Our unit was absolutely immaculate, and we cannot wait to go back!”

“This is a great place to stay for a couple; the house is small but cozy. We really enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying here again. This is more like a 4.5 star rating. There were a few things that kept this from being a 5 star review: bathroom shower was incredibly small. Also the towel rack needed to be screwed in tighter, it was starting to come off the wall. Bathroom could also use a new paint job. The coffeemaker likely needs replacing..the inside of the reservoir looked pretty bad....

“This is the perfect cottage for a couple’s getaway! It was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever rented. It is so tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s right across from the beach access and only a 4 minute walk to Siesta Key village. There were also bikes available at the cottage which we used every day. Dave was a great host and we highly recommend staying at this cottage. We can’t wait to go back!”

“Great location. Great home. Pictures don’t do it justice - family that arrived before us called while we were a few miles out and said to go ahead get ready to be surprised. My in-laws rented the property next door which was super convenient for our large family and we had plenty of room. It made for a trip we won’t forget. So much fun. Being able to walk to St Armands Circle was the icing on the cake. Beautiful beach, pool, amenities..too much to list. We look forward to booking this property...

“We had some amazing days in this beach house as a family. Everything you need, plus everything is brand new so you kindda feel like you are in a 5 stars house. the beach is 2 blocks away and is really really nice. we had been to some other anna maria island beaches but i think we all prefer this one. Also, the service by phone is really good, they take care of anything you may need. Will come back again.”
