This stay is perfectly located 10 min from downtown Sarasota, and about 30-50 min from Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key. "This room was comfortable for myself and my two children 9 and 7. The beds were comfortable and new. The sheets didn’t stay on the mattresses very well though. The dresser and nightstand had more than adequate storage space for clothes for a week. Mugs, cups and silverware were available and a large refrigerator. "Property was fine. There were hangers but no rod to hang them on. Also, no real place to hang wet towels. The shower doors do not really keep the water from leaking out and soaking the floor around the toilet. Other than these couple small things, the room was good. WiFi was pretty bad but not anything the owners can do about that."

"My wife and I have stayed here several times over the past few years. We l Iove it. The place is not fancy but it is spotless and just a short walk to the beach. Our unit had a complete kitchen a small dining area. The place seems ro cater to small families and couples. The town has everything else from dining to entertainment. The people that run the place are friendly as well as helpful. Well worth a look . "

"The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago.
