"Booked the property (connected suites) for a party of 9. The hotel didn’t have this available when we checked in so we got two rooms on two different floors which was disappointing. I did speak with the host and they determined there was construction going on that they were unaware of, resulting in less connecting rooms available. I was offered a partial refund which is in process."

"I had 3 friends stay with me at this wonderful presidential suite ! We each had our own area / two bathrooms was amazing and the balcony with Austin views was to die for. The only thing we didn't like was being bombarded by time share people upon checking in. Other than that it was certainly worth the money !"

"The stay was nice. The room was clean ans spacious. It could have used a few more things. There was not enough silverware. There was enough bath towels, but only one washcloth. Would also would have liked to see a regular coffee pot or keurig. Only had expresso machine. Overall stay was okay, just expected a bit more for the cost."
