"If this property had air conditioning it would be perfect… We were brought a fan without issue, but had to “build” a place for it to sit to be effective due to the lack out outlets near the bed… Staff were helpful, wonderful location, accommodation comfortable… the addition of air conditioning would make it damn near perfect. Love Derry, wonderful town! "

The room was comfortable enough although there was noise outside late at night and early morning with staff emptying bins. The bar was good and outside seating areas were a nice addition.
