Charming cottage, located in a quiet neighborhood at mile post 10 in Nags Head. Only 1.5 blocks to the beach, a short walk on direct beach access road. The fully equipped home has a new kitchen, 2 new baths, Bamboo wood floors, granite counters, tasteful new furnishings, soft decorator colors, an outdoor shower, separate laundry room, a inviting covered front porch and covered parking. One of the best features is the location, you can walk to shopping, restaurants, ice cream, souvenir shops, grocery stores, art galleries, brew thru and more. One mile to YMCA where you can purchase a day or week long pass. The YMCA has a indoor and outdoor swimming pool with slides for the kids, fitness center, skate park and racquet ball. Enjoy miles of beautiful beaches, great restaurants, Wright Brothers National Memorial, Jockeys Ridge State park, great fishing at marinas, piers and Oregon Inlet, golf courses, Tangier Outlets and a short drive to Roanoke Island. Tenants must provide their own towels, linens and paper products as stated in the lease agreement.

I was a bit leary trying a new VRBO location, but this place was fabulous, fresh, beautifully decorated and had extremely comfortable beds! I would definitly recommend!

We would stay again. Excellent location. It was nearby all sorts of dining and activities. Beach was so close too. House was clean and renovated. Very comfortable place. Only issue was I missed reading the very clear rental agreement - bring/ rent or buy your own bed linens, towels and paper products. HomeGoods was close by to solve this.

Family of four, first time in Nagshead and the Outer Banks in general. House was clean, well-kept and in very good condition. Just the right size for a family of four relatively close to the beach and everything around. Great first impression, will definitely return!

Gem of Nags Head
Location was great! Short walk to the beach. House was clean and decorated beautifully! Only thing the living room has 2 outside /inside chairs that weren’t all that comfortable. Loveseat would have been perfect! We had 5 in our party. 3 adults and 2 children. Also, there was only a TV in one of the 3 bedrooms. Having TVs in each room would have been nice. The hot tub was great but there wasn’t a “true” filter. I think the one they had wasn't the right size but there was testing strips and chemicals to add if u needed to. The location was close to the Food Lion and all the things Nags Head has to offer. Loved our stay in this gem! We would book again.

Amazing property and hosts - not a detail overlooked. We did it all Wright Brothers, Jockey Ridge, Bodie Island Lighthouse, short walk to the most amazing beach. Fresh seafood all week. A big big thank you to the owners, we loved it!

We loved our stay - the property was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and we appreciated the extra amenities for the beach. Hot tub was a bonus also! Location is great - walkable to the beach but we were able to find parking at the public access everyday. Quiet neighborhood is perfect for families.

We had a great time at this house! It had everything you could possibly want in the kitchen, very comfortable furniture, and a great location 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. We will definitely rent here again next time we're come to this area!

"Lemonade Stand" refreshes again
2nd stay here. Great location. Great vacation getaway. Close to beach, restaurants, Food Lion, and area attractions. I dreaded our week coming to an end. Fun times inside (during rain) and outside (sunny days). Nice neighborhood for morning walks.

Wonderful Getaway!

Amazing relaxing getaway
This property was so beautiful. Everything on the inside was updated and clean. The hot tub felt amazing and worked great. We didn’t have any issues there for the duration of our stay. If I had questions the property manager answered quickly and was very helpful. The neighbors were great as well! Would definitely rent this property again in the future!

Nags head noise
It should be noted that noise from highway 168 and exterior light at night from neighbors security lights are a definite negative aspect of this property. While it is a convenient walk to the beach and the food lion grocery it was very annoying to be so close to a very busy and noisy highway. The bedroom blinds are cheap and need additional blackout curtains or shades— neighbors lights made sleeping difficult. The hot tub setup was kind of a joke, having to be turned on and off at the breaker box in the upstairs bedroom. Finally, very surprised that the owner responses to our query concerning the house were promised but never delivered during our stay. If I were staying in Nags Head again, which I probably will never do, this would not be the place.

Nice place in Nags Head
Clean, bright home that is walking distance from both the beach and some restaurants. A short drive to many other restaurants and OBX attractions. We would stay here again on another visit.
