“We were a group of 5 friends running in the Hawkes Bay 10km. The house is conveniently located to Napier shops and the Marine Parade. It had everything we needed, including a one button gas fire place. Good afternoon sun and we felt relaxed and cozy here. The decor and fittings are dated but for comfy beds and a cheap and cheerful getaway it was ideal for us. Ron was excellent to deal with.”

“This was the perfect place to stay in Napier with our 2 little dogs. Beautifully appointed with everything anyone could want or need. So welcoming with those extra special touches Delia provides. Our dogs loved the cosy pet beds and there were even lovely water and food bowls for them to use. It was great to know our dogs were safe when we let them outside. This was our 2nd visit, we’ll be back for sure. Thank you for having us :-)”

“We loved how quiet it was they’d gone some trouble to cut out the noise. We’ve stayed at other motels in the same street that were quite noisy. For this motel the bedroom was at the back of the unit and had wooden shutters to deaden the noisy was very effective. The curtains made the unit very dark which was great for sleeping in. Comfortable bed and pillows. Probably the only thing I would have liked was cushions on the sofa and a hand rail to help with getting out of the spa.Hosts were very...

“The area is safe and quiet, however parking seems a bit inconvenient without complimentary parking after 8am although hotel check out is at 10am. There’s a countdown nearby for groceries, but not much shopping available. ”

“Clean & comfortable. Good size room. Good guest Laundry facilities. On-site restaurant not open Sunday & Monday not even for breakfast.”
