“John and Christine are perfect hosts. They have created a lovely set of rooms complemented by a fabulous breakfast and evening meals that are delicious, should you choose to eat at the lodge. Our stay was relaxing and we felt well cared for in every way.”

“We loved how quiet it was they’d gone some trouble to cut out the noise. We’ve stayed at other motels in the same street that were quite noisy. For this motel the bedroom was at the back of the unit and had wooden shutters to deaden the noisy was very effective. The curtains made the unit very dark which was great for sleeping in. “The area is safe and quiet, however parking seems a bit inconvenient without complimentary parking after 8am although hotel check out is at 10am. There’s a countdown nearby for groceries, but not much shopping available. ”
