Overall a good place to stay: clean and pretty new. The only thing I do not like is the breakfast, not many options. But there are several good restaurants (ramen restaurants, McDonald's, an Italian restaurant, etc.) and grocery stores nearby.

This is a very nice hotel. Very convenient and it’s easy access to everywhere. Very nice front desk people and had an espresso machine. Breakfast was also very good and convenient. We definitely will come back again.

We were upgraded to the top floor upon our regular room being unavailable last minute due to some renovations or something. Gorgeous balcony and corner views, despite the building not being very tall compared to the towers nearby. Location is decent with a few options for subway access nearby, but could be better, as Dotonbori and other spots are still quite a walk away.

Hotel is just a few blocks away from the closest subway station. Room was pretty good and they even have a coffee station near the reception open for all guests. Generally a pretty quiet area at night. Think it might be the office district?

Free drinks at lobby until 10pm. Big bathroom and decent size room. Everything is pretty clean. If there is anything to complain, it’s the laundry room only has 4 washers/driers which can take a little effort to line up when some of the customers don’t pick up their laundry imminently. Washer drier supplies laundry detergent so no need to bring it with us either. I would come here again in the future for sure.

酒店係幾靚，都乾淨既，每日都可以自己決定執唔執房，係略嫌間房細左D，同時間開兩個喼都有難度，如果間房可以大D就好啦。不過酒店設施方面係做得唔錯既，每層都有個水機俾住客斟水，2樓仲有各式各樣既飲品供應俾住客。另外酒店附近隔唔夠一條街就有間超市，都幾方便！
