"The property was perfect for what we needed at this point in our vacation - relaxing and a nice pool to cool down in after a hot day touring the Valley of the Temples. The location was great and the dinner Giuseppe made for us was delicious.
The room could have used a little bit of maintenance but was comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

"We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were extraordinary, the room was stunning and breakfast was the best we've ever had! We will definitely visit Palermo again and plan on staying at Palco!"
"A lovely hotel, lots of character in the main areas and bedroom. Hellpful and engaged staff at reception and breakfast. Close to main bus routes and port etc. Thanks for a great stay"
"This is an amazing original property in central Palermo located near the marina, great location.
I thought breakfast would have been included given the price we paid for one night, but apparently not.
Other than that, this is a high quality property, much better than the 3 stars advertised I would suggest, coming from someone who travels regularly. "
"Great location made it easy to walk to most local attractions and good eating. Having the Palazzo Butera right across the street was a treat! You can get great views from there or enjoy a beautiful scene from the hotel’s own 4th floor restaurant/bar. Was unable to enjoy the spa services because they were fully booked. You may want to reserve a spot in advance. "
