Um hotel com excelente custo x benefício. Precisa de algumas manutenções, mas no geral agrada. Excelente atendimento, desde a recepção, restaurante, limpeza. Se quiser um hotel de 4 ou 5 estrelas pelo preço que é cobrado lá, então não vá. Vale a pena....

O lugar é lindo. A natureza em volta faz você se sentir em paz. Só deixou a desejar que a sauna a vapor não estava funcionando e a piscina de água quente não estava aquecida. Atendentes simpáticos e prestativos. O café da manhã não tinha muitas opções, achei mediano, e no último dia ficamos sem luz no quarto com problemas de fase. Mas os dias que passei lá foram agradáveis.

Hotel velho e sem manutenção
O Hotel está localizado em uma área linda, no meio da natureza e o espaço do Hotel tem tudo para ser um hotel maravilhoso... mas não é. Falta manutenção nos quartos, nas áreas comuns, falta investimento em melhorias e em atendimento. Piscina aquecida e sauna a vapor não estavam funcionando. O lago estava sujo e o pedalinho precisando de manutenção. Para pegar toalha de piscina tinha que descer até a recepção. O bar da piscina não estava funcionando... enfim... 2a vez e a última no hotel. Isso faz com que não queiramos visitar nenhum da rede.
