"We were immediately drawn to the balcony for the views when we arrived at this very central location. We stayed on the balcony for the ringing church bells. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, although more toilet paper would have been useful. We walked everywhere easily and people were very friendly. "administration before arriving was easy and correct. Upon arriving i met the very wonderful owner who shared all the details of the property and was very friendly. The property was an absolute delight. Views, quite location but with Rapallo down the road with everything. I particularly enjoyed the range of books at the property. The accommadation is an ideal lovers get away, a bit in the hills and private."

"We came up from Rome on the train and found our cozy apartment not far from the train station. As older visitors negotiating the spiral staircase with our luggage was a challenge. But it added to the charm of the apartment. It was a great location not far from the bus stop nor from the bay. A short walk along the waterway brought us to all sorts of restaurants and shops. "The owner was very friendly and met us on the day of arrival although it was all very rushed - it felt like we we had walked in just as someone else had left as the towels in the little toilet were not clean and some of the towels were a bit smelly and I had to wash them The apartment is very well equipped although there were some dirty utensils in the drawer We found that the apartment does needs aircon in order to be comfortable in - we knew it did not have air con but had been reassured...

"Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne und erholsame Wochen in Piano Nobile. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und die Aussicht ein Traum. Auf der sehr großen Terrasse haben wir viel Zeit verbracht und konnten uns richtig gut erholen. Die Vermieterin und ihr Sohn waren sehr freundlich und auch bei Geheimtipps in der Region sehr hilfsbereit. So konnten wir Rapallo noch mal etwas besser kennen lernen. Auch abseits der üblichen touristischen Spots. Fazit: Es war sehr schön und wir kommen gerne wieder."
