Welcome to Rio!
When traveling to this hotel you wonder how is going to be once you see the area, but what a nice surprise! The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. They want to assure everything is how you want it. Free breakfast every morning is excellent, and there is plenty of space in your room. The only 2 improvements I can see are that they need softer mattresses on the bed, and being able to request extra coffee in the morning. Overall, this place is perfect for someone traveling to Rio on a budget and I highly recommend it!

OK, basic, bed very hard so uncomfortable. Difficult to communicate, we with no portugese and them with no English, hence a misunderstanding about breakfast. They did try.

Keep looking for another place...
Not a very good family hotel. Scandalous pictures, more of a "motel" than a hotel. It took them about an hour to check us in because they lost our reservation. Confusing room service. Beds are not comfortable at all. I would recommend going somewhere else if possible.

UM PESADELO NO MOTEL CORINTO!
Um pesadelo. Até tentamos outro lugar para nos hospedar as 23:30, mais infelizmente não encontramos. O lugar é UM MOTEL HORRIVEL, CHEIRA CIGARRO E DROGAS EM TODOS OS AMBIENTES, JANELAS NAO FECHAM É ESCURO E TENEBROSO. Hotel é só no nome. Ao chegar é possível ver cartazes de mulheres seminuas, não tem recepção como de costume, as atendentes ficam em uma sala, COISA MAIS EXTRANHA DO MUNDO. Estou tossindo até hoje. Minha mulher queria ir embora. Nunca mais, nunca mais mesmo. Falaram que "nos trabalhamos como motel tambem". A decoracao, iluminação, tudo é de motel. FOI PROJETADO PARA SER UM MOTEL E NAO DEVE TER DADO CERTO!. Os únicos pontos positivos foram os atendimentos prestados pelos funcionários locais e a comida que é boa.

A recepção não localizou a reserva. O gerente chamado disse que o valor cobrado pelo site não estava correto. Novo valore deveria ser pago. As fotos do hotel no site passa a ideia que o hospede da diária teria tratamento separado do cliente do motel. Não há local adequado para o estacionamento do veículo do hospede para viabilizar o check in.

Hotel se confunde com um motel...
O hotel não tem uma recepção, se mistura com motel carros entrando e saindo a todo momento, quarto antigo com uma televisão pequena e longe da cama, chuveiro terrível demora para esquentar e pouca água.

Desta vez tb demorou muito o check in, nos colocaram em um quarto errado, de maior valor de diária. Acho q não entenderam a reserva, nos ligaram e nos propusemos a ficar em quarto compatível ao da reserva, descemos e ficamos um tempo enorme esperando o gerente q apenas nos disse que teríamos q pagar uma pequena quantia a mais, Não era esse o problema e sim a confusão que já durava uma média de 1 hora, além do incômodo de termos descido e do constrangimento . Depois de sermos tratados com certa indiferença e alguma insatisfação por parte gerente, fomos colocados em um quarto muito inferior aos q sempre ficamos da mesma categoria. A recepcionista e garçons nos trataram muito bem.

Não indico o MOTEL, efetuei a reserva no hoteis.com como sendo um Hotel, cheguei com meu funcionario e fique até constrangido quando vimos que se tratava de um Motel com uma aréa para Hotel, tentei fazer o cancelamento na hora e disseram que não podiam o que podia era eu pagar e deixar um crédito para utilizar em uma proxima ocasiao. Servicos de quarto é igual ao de motel. Não indico a hospedagem principlamente se for em família.

Excelente atendimento!!!
Apesar do hotel também ter um andar que funciona como de fluxo rotativo, excelente acomodações, café da manhã servido no quarto sem nenhum custo adicional sem contar a equipe de atendimento excelente, principalmente a gerente de reservas (Cristiane) com informações precisas e úteis além da simpatia. Recomendo!!!

El hotel es un motel de paso deberían tener más cuidado con lo que publican ya que mucha gente se va con la impresión, debido a que fuimos en época de olimpiadas habían como que adecuado el motel para poder hospedar turistas sin embargo seguía dando el servicio de motel de paso, los empleados trataron de ser amables y brindar el mejor servicio posible pero a veces a las camareras se les olvidaba que éramos una familia y dejaba condónes en la habitación, las camas eran duras y la limpieza obviamente no era la adecuada. Hoteles.com debería de fijarse en lo que vende por qué para nosotros esto fue una estafa.
