Did not like the entrance to the property from the street. Had to drive through a strip mall parking lot and was not able to see hotel from the street. No signs directing you to property. As a single woman, I felt a bit unsafe. Also, the sound proofing between units was poor. I could hear every step taken by people in room above mine. That said, the person at check in desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and in good condition.

I was able to walk to Starbucks for coffee in the morning. (They have coffee in the room if you want it). They have a Jamba juice, and Chinese and Indian (you can also cook or BBQ) food all within walking distance. I had a manny/pedi in that same strip mall. Plenty of options. The staff was very attentive and helpful, they arranged a shuttle to the airport with a voucher. I would say great overall

They charge $10 per car to park there which wasn’t disclosed until I was at the property. At breakfast, they had one staff member for a very busy weekend who was doing the best she could, but she couldn’t keep up and when we got there to eat breakfast, they were out of eggs, waffle mix, oatmeal, and biscuits and gravy. Someone came to help her finally and they put out 1/4 as much as was needed. People were waiting for 20 min for food to be replaced and then they were going to close the breakfast. The pull out bed had no pillows in the closet and only one blanket. The toilet ran and had to be jingled to get the noise to stop. When I called for an extra blanket, she told me I had to come to the front office to get it. They have limited parking and by the time I got back from the concert, I had to park on the other side of the hotel from my room in a dimly lit area. I have no idea how it has the rating it does. The beds are comfy though!
