The hotel is sitting in the middle of highly traffic area, parking is included but no valet parking. They use a separate company that manages the parking garage. I lost the parking ticket and had to $700 pesos. The hotel bares no responsibility as a convience to their guest. Expensive hotel for an inconvenient experience. Any guest can lose their ticket but I should not have to pay for it. I’m the distraction of the terrible traffic and figuring out the parking situation I lost the ticket. Never again!! Do not recommended I’ve stayed in less expensive with a superen experience

Easy access to nice restaurants and convenience shops. Local shops, walkable distance or a short Uber Rides. The building have nice restaurants and a cinema. Highly recommended place to stay. Be back for sure....and I almost forgot....Free happy hournfor guest from 5:30pm to 7:30pm with nice choice....and the breakfast included is a plus.
