“We felt and saw they they have not Dusted in a long time. The floors were dirty feet were black from walking around in the condo. The rug in front of couch was so so dirty and stained. It was gross. We had no mom or swifter to clean up the floor. Other than that we had a good time and enjoyed the condo. Instructions we very simple and short. Loved that.”

It had what we needed, was up-to-date, and was in a really great area. I had not realized how enormous the Fashion Square mall was, and it is literally across the street from this set of condos. “A colleague and I stayed at the condo to complete some work projects and enjoy some leisurely time at local restaurants. Everything we needed was provided. Clean accommodations and close to downtown Scottsdale. Steve was very communicative and although we didn’t have any issues I was sure he would respond promptly should something have come up. Would absolutely book again if staying in Scottsdale.”

Dave was easy to work with and I appreciate him arranging for us to get in a day earlier. A little inconvenient with only one key fob to get around the property (to negotiate locked doors/gates) but that was the only detractor.”
